SNEAK PEEK: Akira's Hip-hop Shop

Just to give ya'll a heads up on our 2nd major feature film project. A cross cultural mash up movie about a Akira, a Japanese owner of a Melrose Hip Hop dj vinyl store. (Sound familiar???) It's filmed in Hi-Def digital and stars James Lee from the huge hit TV show "Heroes." This is the first edit for the preview and you will see the Freeburning Dojo up in this piece. It's a new era for N2O Records and Digital Bombing, going up on the big screen. We hope you enjoy it. Akira's Hip Hop Shop 2007 featuring a bomb soundtrack from N2O Records, co produced by N8loc and he's even got a cameo in the flick. Big ups to Joe D who learned his craft by John Singleton during the making of "Boyz In The Hood." More clips and edits to come as they reach the final cut.

Death Note 2 Movie Japan

This is the biggest movie to come out of Japan. Based on a manga Death Note 2 is a sequel that also features a breakthrough for N2O Record's DJ Starscream and Kyono with their first single that is blowing the F-up right now in Japan. Released by Sony Music Japan "Deathroy" is a hard driving full metal jungle song that will put some big news on the map. Deathroy is the first single that is hitting MTV and hi-def billboards across the land of the rising sun. Stay tuned for the music video featuring some nice clips of the movie, Starscream, Kyono, and some N2O Records icons.

N2O Dojo session at Munkey King L.A.

As we hit more successes and link with bigger heavyweights, we will bring you with us. Last Saturday our very own DJ CM3, Bonham, and Phadestar performed a special urban vinyl DJ session at urban vinyl toy shop Munkey King on Melrose, just a stones throw from our Freeburning Record Shop.
