A short time ago, Capital J had his debut in LA and tore the roof off the spot in Chinatown. It's no wonder world class djs like Craze, Hype, AK 1200, Starscream, RAW, ODG, and Kenny Ken have been killing his dubplates and records for some time now. And to think that a DJ from a northern town outside of Toronto Canada was able to make such a huge impact on the worldwide scene with only a few records on a small label called N2O. There must be something happening here to make people go ape shit when they hear his name or when he comes to town. You can find Capital J's newest tracks on N2O or listen for the sick ragga cuts in Craze's sets. They are J's tracks.... Just read a few message boards out there and you'll see for your self . On this clip, J cuts in some scratching and does a few juggles on a Star Wars theme dubplate. You can even hear the scratches from his worn out dubs if you listen closely, the otaku that you are.

A ragga trooper by the name of General Malice, not to be confused with any other Malice's out there.... This one representing the Junglistic Pressure Krew, MN comes with his first release on the new powerhouse label Big Cat Records, an afiiliate of N2O. Founded in Tokyo, Japan, Big Cat is dedicated to spread the sound of ragga and old school jungle. These two tracks on BCR 001 "Vigilante" and "Platinum" are hard and amen-y that will get things rocking on the floor from beginning to end. Can you believe that General Malice has 2 more records coming out on Big Cat 002 and 003? Well keep checking back if you like his sound. Kinda reminds me of some "music for the people" type movement.
